Because all Falconee products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
When We'll Make It Right We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
How to Request a Refund or Reprint Email us at falcon0623@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, for any reason. Contact us at falcon0623@gmail.com to initiate.
