Thank you for shopping with Falconee. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Production Time All Falconee products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships.
Shipping Times After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are paid by the buyer.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Falconee is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at falcon0623@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue with a reprint or refund.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Falconee is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
